8mm Bungee Cord cna be used to replace or add additional resistance to Uchi-Komi Bands or can be used as a cheaper options instead of Uchi-Komi Bands. The Bungee Cord is cut at a length of 5 metres, meaning once placed around pole etc, you will have a distance of 2.5 meters to pull either side. ($3 per/metre)
